Basic Rules/Guidelines

We give special consideration to bikers injured in
collisions
with wildlife.

The injured biker must have a legal motorcycle endorsement
on their driver's
license to qualify.

Accidents
in which the injured rider was determined to be impaired (as determined by State law) are not
eligible for assistance.
The Directors of The Moose Foundation meet quarterly to
discuss
requests and determine the recipients of funds. Special
sessions
may be called based on need or emergency.
