Riders Helping Injured Riders
On August 4, 2007, a good friend and riding companion
was seriously injured in a collision with a moose. (Click
for the full story). The incident shook all of us who know
Bruce, and the idea of a Foundation to help riders that have
been injured began to grow. In no time it was more than an idea
and The Moose Foundation was created.
With The Moose Foundation, we have
created a charitable organization funded
by generous donors who either ride or
are connected in some way with those of
us who ride.
Our Mission:
"To offer
support and assistance to brother or
sister riders who
reside in or have been injured while
motorcycling in Vermont."
